Vacation - All full-time associates are eligible for paid vacation.

The Calamos Profit Sharing 401(k) Plan is designed to help associates achieve financial security for their retirement. The plan includes the following components.
401(k) - Calamos offers associates the option to contribute to traditional before tax 401(k) and Roth 401(k).
Company Match - The plan has a 50% match on deferrals of up to 6% of total compensation, or a maximum company contribution of 3% of total compensation.
Profit Sharing - Calamos associates are eligible for annual discretionary profit sharing contributions.
