Jake Hyatt is responsible for portfolio management and investment research for the firm’s US equity strategies. This includes responsibility for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our research processes and resources, working in partnership with senior members of our investment organization. As co-lead of the firm's analyst-driven investment idea process, he oversees fundamental research efforts for the US equities research team. He joined Calamos in 2018, contributing seven years of industry experience following his active service in the United States Navy. Jake graduated summa cum laude from Aurora University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, along with minors in Accounting and International Business.
