As a senior research analyst, Dan Forman conducts top-down and fundamental analysis of companies within the US technology sector. His primary responsibilities include monitoring positions, generating new ideas, preparing research reports, and making portfolio recommendations to the co-portfolio managers. Dan joined Calamos in 2026 and contributes more than 25 years of investment industry experience, spanning both the sell-side and buy-side. He began his tech career as a technology sector specialist at Morgan Stanley and has built a deep network across Wall Street over the decades, with tenures at Concentric Capital Strategies (senior technology sector analyst), Tobar Asset Management (technology sector analyst), and Wedbush Securities (portfolio manager). Dan received a BA from Colby College and a JD from Fordham University School of Law. He is a member of the NY State Bar.
