Dennis Cogan is a member of Calamos Global Equity Team and is responsible for portfolio management and investment research for the firm’s global, international, and emerging market equity strategies. This includes developing, enhancing, and maintaining our research processes and resources, working in partnership with other senior members of our investment organization. Dennis has published thought leadership focused on the team's thematic investment framework, including commentary, blogs, and whitepapers such as "The AI Inflection: Investing Beyond Sectors in a Thematic World," which explores why traditional sector-based approaches are increasingly inadequate in an AI-driven market and makes the case for thematic, actively managed global equity investing. He joined Calamos in 2005 and has 25 years of industry experience. Previously, Dennis worked for Accenture in Strategic Planning and Analysis. He received a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
