Sterling Sullivan is responsible for building long-term, trusting and professional relationships with high-net-worth clients, their families and their advisors by implementing comprehensive wealth management solutions. He joined the firm in 2013 and has more than 25 years in the financial services industry.
Sterling is an experienced Wealth Manager who offers clients peace of mind by developing and implementing a dynamic approach which combines wealth planning, creative investment advisory solutions, family education and risk management to achieve goals. He is proficient at solving complex problems related to maintaining, growing and transferring wealth for successful individuals and their families.
Prior to joining Calamos, Sterling worked as a Senior Relationship Manager at Northern Trust. He has also held various banking roles, including four years as an international banker with the Bank of Montreal, traveling throughout Latin America. Sterling has lived in Asia and worked abroad as a finance professional in the oil & gas industry. He started his career as a Chemist with the William Wrigley, Jr. Co.
Sterling received his B.S. with honors in Analytical Chemistry from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. in Finance and Management of Information Systems from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses, is a Certified Financial Planner™ and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst®. Sterling is a Board Member for DePaul University’s Institute for Business and Professional Ethics and is also on the Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of America - Three Fires Council.
