Prior to joining Calamos, Tammy Miller was Head of Research for the American Independence Stock Fund (ISISX), responsible for research on nonlife insurance, metals and mining, industrial, energy, defense and healthcare sectors. Previously, Ms. Miller held the same position at Miller & Jacobs Capital, LLC (MJC). Prior to joining MJC in 2005, Ms. Miller was a Vice President of Mizuho Corporate Bank where she served as a Portfolio Manager Mountain Advisors. Previously, Ms. Miller was Vice President & Team Leader of Mizuho s Asset Group, with prior experience in Fuji Bank's Leveraged Finance Group and the Americas Division overseeing credit and risk management functions of Heller Financial. Ms. Miller received a BA in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from Cornell University in 1994.
