401(k)
Calamos offers associates the option to participate in the traditional before tax 401(k) and Roth 401(k).
Company Match
The plan has a 50% match on deferrals of up to 6% of total compensation, or a maximum company contribution of 3% of total compensation. Participating associates are eligible to receive company match after six consecutive months of employment. Associates are fully vested after six years, vesting 20% per year starting after the first year of vesting.
Profit Sharing
Calamos associates are eligible for annual profit sharing contributions after six consecutive months of employment. The employer contributions to the plan are discretionary. Associates are fully vested after six years, vesting 20% per year starting after the first year of vesting.
Fund Purchases
Associates and their family members can invest in Calamos funds at the net asset value (NAV).
