Time Away From Work
Vacation
As part of the Total Compensation Package offered by Calamos all full-time Associates who work at least 30 or more hours per week are eligible for paid vacation.
Personal Days
Associates who work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to take three (3) paid Personal Days during each calendar year.
Sick Days
Associates who work at least 30 hours a week and who have completed thirty days of employment are eligible to qualify for up to five (5) sick days per calendar year.
Holiday Schedule
CALAMOS observes the same holiday schedule as the New York Stock Exchange, which normally includes the following as paid holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King’s Birthday
- President's Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
