Calamos Academy provides a multitude of resources for the development of Calamos associates including instructor-led and eLearning courses as well as educational whitepapers, videos, etc. We recently introduced a new online learning center for Associates – The Calamos Academy Virtual Campus. This online platform provides learning resources to assist associates with the development of their skills and knowledge of the industry, investments fundamentals, business skills, leadership development and more.

Naperville Wine Festival
Calamos is a lead sponsor and host of the 2013 Naperville Wine Festival, to be held August 23-24, 2013 at CityGate Centre. A portion of the proceeds from the Naperville Wine Festival will be donated to the Naperville Area Humane Society. View 2012 Wine Festival Video

Calamos Cares
Calamos Cares is the company's community volunteering program, which provides opportunities for associates to share their time and talents with local and national non-profit organizations. The program also allows associates to create stronger relationships with each other outside of the workplace. Recently, the Calamos Cares team volunteered at the Northern Illinois Food Bank and participated in the March of Dimes March for Babies. In 2013, the team will also participate in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.

Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce
Calamos has been a member of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce since 1994. The company sponsors the Chamber's annual Economic Forecast Breakfast and the organization's Inaugural Gala where past board members are thanked for their service to the community and current board members are introduced, including a representative from Calamos.

Toys for Tots
Calamos Investments, Hotel Arista, and other CityGate Centre entities sponsor an annual Toys for Tots Holiday Party in cooperation with the Marine Corps Toys for Tots charitable initiative. Through the event, hundreds of toys are collected for needy children in the Naperville area.

360 Youth Services Spring Ahead Run
For the sixth year in a row, Calamos was the presenting sponsor and host of the 360 Youth Services Annual Spring Ahead Run. The event took place Sunday, April 14, 2013 at CityGate Centre. Proceeds benefit 360 Youth Services.

Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day
Calamos participates in the annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day, which helps bring children into the workplace to understand their parents' daily activities, as well as explore personal career choices.
